February 3, 2025
HARRISBURG – Rep. Valerie Gaydos (R-Allegheny) today announced 10 projects in the 44th Legislative District have been awarded more than $1.4 million in state grant funding from the Gaming Economic Development and Tourism Fund (GEDTF). These funds will support essential infrastructure upgrades, public safety enhancements and community improvements throughout the district.
Gaydos worked with Sen. Devlin Robinson (R-Allegheny) to secure the funding.
“I’m excited to see these critical projects moving forward with state support,” said Gaydos.
“These investments will improve our local infrastructure, enhance public safety and provide opportunities for residents to thrive. Whether it’s improving roads, upgrading fire stations or enhancing recreational spaces, these projects are a direct reflection of the needs of our communities. I’m proud to help bring these resources home.”
